The design of '3' and '2' in fusion Chinese style forms the shape of the ship sailing on the blue ocean.

The three Cs on the left side of the logo represents the integral factors of culture, communication and commerce that binds the ASEAN countries and Japan together.

The vibrant orange colour of the Cs symbolizes the enthusiasm of our youths to make a positive difference to the communities in Singapore and our ASEAN neighbour countries. 

The bold red colour of Singapore symbolizes the strong bonds within the Singapore contingent to experience, explore and enjoy SSEAYP.
